Common questions

Sign-in and account

Steam won't open, how do I sign in?

Sign-in is with Steam only. If Steam isn't answering from Iran, try again a few minutes later; games on the servers go on.

Can I have two accounts?

No. Each Steam account links to one account only, and a second account to dodge a penalty isn't allowed.

Someone else got into my account

Sign out unknown devices from "My account", then open a ticket.

Payments and premium

When does premium switch on?

The moment you pay with Bale. If it doesn't, the system retries by itself and lets us know.

Can I get a refund?

If you haven't used the premium, within 24 hours of buying, through this support page.

Launcher and anti-cheat

Windows says the file is unrecognised

That's normal; sanctions stop Microsoft issuing us a certificate. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Does the anti-cheat put my Steam account at risk?

No. It never touches CS2's memory or files. The details are on the anti-cheat page.

Mix says Secure Boot is off

Turn it on in your BIOS. There's a step-by-step guide in the guides section.

Servers and bans

Why was I banned?

Every ban's reason and length are on the ban list and your profile. If it's wrong, open a "Ban appeal" ticket.

The server is full, what do I do?

Wait in the launcher's queue; you connect as soon as a slot opens.

I'm not getting XP

XP only counts with 2 real players on the server, and mix has its own rank.
