What you agree to by using the site, launcher and servers; short and in plain words.

1. About the service

Persian Gulf (PGCS) runs Counter-Strike 2 servers, a website, a launcher and an anti-cheat. Persian Gulf is not affiliated with Valve or Steam. Using the service means accepting these terms and the Server rules.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with your Steam account (through Steam's official sign-in only) or with your phone number and a text code. Playing, the inventory and buying need an account linked to Steam. We never see your Steam password.
  • One account per person. A second account to dodge a penalty is not allowed.
  • Buying needs a verified phone number.
  • Users under 18 must buy with a parent's permission; parents or legal guardians are responsible for purchases.
  • Keeping your Steam account secure is your responsibility.

3. Launcher and anti-cheat

  • To play on the servers, the PGCS launcher and anti-cheat must be running.
  • Anti-cheat never touches the game's memory or files; it only checks your system's health and for cheat programs. Details in the Privacy policy.
  • The anti-cheat bans nobody; it only keeps you out until the cheat program is closed.

4. Premium and PG Coin

  • Premium is a time-limited subscription to the features listed in the store and is personal (it can't move to another account, except as a gift through the site).
  • Payment is by Bale wallet or PG Coin, and activation is automatic.
  • PG Coin is site credit: it can't be cashed out or moved to another user, and it doesn't expire.
  • Prices may change; changes don't affect active subscriptions.
  • Refunds: within 24 hours of buying, as long as the premium hasn't been used (joining a server with premium features), through support. Spent PG Coin can't be refunded.
  • If you are banned for proven cheating, the remaining subscription isn't refunded.

5. Conduct

Following the Server rules is required. Offensive, illegal or advertising content in profiles, names, chat and tickets isn't allowed.

6. Inventory items

Skins, knives, gloves and other inventory items only show on the PGCS servers, have no monetary value and have nothing to do with your real Steam inventory.

7. Limits of liability

We work to keep the service available, but internet outages, game updates or infrastructure problems can cause temporary disruptions. For long outages on our side, subscription time is made up.

Important changes are announced on the site and by notification.
