The complete VIP guide: from buying to every in-game perk

This guide covers everything about VIP (on the site we call it "premium") from start to finish: the levels and packages, buying, when it starts, every in-game command, renewing and upgrading, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. What is VIP?

VIP is a time-limited subscription that gives you extra perks on our servers. None of them buys rank, ELO or mix results; in mix and tournaments everyone is equal.

There are three levels and three packages:

• Public package: public servers only.
• AWP package: AWP servers only.
• Full package: public, AWP and fun servers together.

The level decides which perks you get. The price of each package and level, and the discounts for 3, 6 and 12 months, are always up to date in the store.

2. What each level has

Every level (1, 2 and 3)

• A [VIP] or [Premium] tag next to your name in chat, your choice, in the colour you like.
• Coloured chat.
• A reserved slot: you get in even when the server is full (the last slot is for VIPs).
• More XP: level 1 25%, level 2 50%, level 3 100%. The extra counts only up to the daily XP cap, so nobody buys a high rank overnight.
• The !vip settings menu and a profile frame on the site (level 1 plain, level 2 special, level 3 animated gold).

Level 2 and up

• A free HE and flash every round (public servers only).
• One health shot each round (+50 HP; public only).
• Coloured smoke.
• The !g weapon menu with pistols (public only).
• The !votekick, !votemute and !votemap votes.

Level 3

• Every grenade each round: HE, two flashes, smoke, molotov and decoy (public only).
• In !g: a pistol, or a rifle with a Desert Eagle, or an AWP with a Desert Eagle.
• The !voteban vote.
• A coloured name on the site, priority support, and new features before everyone else.

3. What you need before buying

1. A site account: sign in on the sign-in page with Steam.
2. Steam linked: VIP works on your SteamID; since you sign in with Steam, it is always linked.
3. A Bale wallet (to pay in toman) or enough PG Coin.

VIP is sold only on this site and in the launcher. If anyone sells you VIP anywhere else, it isn't ours.

4. Buying, step by step

1. Go to the store.
2. Pick the package (public, AWP or full), the level and the length, and press buy.
3. On the checkout page choose whether it's for you or a gift for a friend. Apply a discount code here if you have one.
4. Choose how to pay:
   • Bale wallet: the Bale bot opens; press "pay" and pay from your wallet. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone or open the link in Bale web. You don't need to close the site; once paid, the page confirms by itself.
   • PG Coin: the coins come out of your wallet and it's done at once.
5. After paying you see the receipt; you can print it or keep the receipt number.

5. When does it start, and how do I know?

Right after paying, on every server of your package; if you're on a server now, you don't need to reconnect. You get a notification on the site and in the launcher, and the receipt is in Bale too.

To see your status:

• On the site: my account shows the level, the package and the end date.
• In game: type !vip in chat; your level is at the top of the menu.

If it hasn't started a few minutes after paying, the system tries again by itself and tells us. If it still doesn't, open a "payment problem" ticket in support with the receipt number.

6. The !vip menu: every setting

Type !vip in game chat. The menu opens in the middle of the screen and you pick with the number keys. Your settings are saved on your account and are the same on every server; you can also change them on the site under my account → VIP.

• Tag: on or off.
• Tag text: [VIP] or [Premium].
• Tag colour and chat colour: from the game's colours (red, gold, green, blue, purple…).
• Smoke colour (level 2 and up).
• Free grenades and health shot: turn them off if you don't want them each round.
• Auto-buy: the weapons you picked in !g are given to you every round.
• Premium messages: turn the server's VIP messages on or off.

7. The !g weapon menu

Works only on public servers, only in the buy time at the start of a round, and only while you're alive. Once per round.

• Level 2: pistols.
• Level 3: a pistol, or a rifle + Deagle, or an AWP + Deagle.

In pistol rounds you get pistols only. Some servers limit AWPs; when the limit is full you get just the Deagle and the menu says so next to the option.

8. Votes

• !votekick: kick a player (level 2 and up).
• !votemute: a 15-minute mute (level 2 and up).
• !votemap: change the map (level 2 and up).
• !voteban: a 30-minute ban from that server only (level 3).

Others vote with !yes or !no. A vote passes with 60% in favour and at least 6 players on the server. Admins can't be kicked or banned by vote. Anyone who abuses votes loses the right to start them.

9. How the reserved slot works

When the server is full, the last slot is kept for VIPs. If that's taken too, a spectator, or failing that the last regular player who joined, is moved out (with a message) to let you in.

10. Renewing, upgrading and gifts

• Renewing: buy the same package and level again; the new time is added from the day the current one ends, so no day is lost.
• Upgrading: the days you have left move to the higher level and you pay only the price difference for those days. You find the upgrade button under my account → VIP.
• Gift: choose "gift for a friend" at checkout and enter your friend's SteamID (find it on their profile on the site). Gifts are paid with Bale only; coins can't be passed on.
• Reminder: 3 days before it ends we tell you on the site and in the launcher.

11. Free VIP

The daily missions and weekly challenges on the missions page earn XP and PG Coin, which you can spend on VIP. Free VIP from Telegram and the friend-invite reward are paused for now; we'll announce when they are back.

12. Refunds

If you haven't joined a server with the VIP perks yet, you can ask support for a refund within 24 hours. Spent PG Coin doesn't come back. If you're banned for proven cheating, the rest of the subscription isn't refunded. Full details in the terms.

13. Common problems

• The money left but no VIP: wait a few minutes; if it still isn't there, open a "payment problem" ticket with the receipt number or the Bale tracking code.
• I have VIP on one server but not another: check your package; the public package doesn't work on AWP servers, for example. For every server you need the full package.
• !g doesn't work: public only, buy time only, alive only, once per round.
• I don't get grenades: check that "free grenades" is on in !vip; it's public servers only too.
• My tag doesn't show: check that the tag is on in !vip.
